Ms. Lake has extensive experience in the in-home health care field (and related areas). In her view, this area provides a major solution to seniors/elders staying at home longer and being happier, job creation (two to three thousand potential jobs long term), and overall reduced health care costs. The question is do we have the will, politically and systemically, to make the changes.
